FRENCH ARMY OFFICER'S WOOL UNIFORM FROCK COAT C. 1850 GARDE NATIONALE MOBILE

Interesting and scarce 19th Century Garde Nationale Mobile French Officer's Frock Coat. Black and blue wool with red leather ornamentation. All original buttons with Garde Nationale flaming grenade insignia, and bullion epaulets. Very nice bullion collar ornamentation. Retains original belt inside for securing the jacket. Around 1840 to 1860.

Generally very good condition, but numerous small moth holes throughout especially on the front of the jacket.

Buttons flat pewter finish (may look gold colored in some photos).
