Large watercolor of a skyscraper under construction, untitled, signed Ogdin/Lynch (lower left), date unknown, presumably late 20th century or contemporary.
Great, fine detail, predominantly watercolor with blue strips of paper overlaid in places.
The piece is 31.5" H x 22.75" W. It is 42.75" H x 32.75" W framed and matted. The piece is in excellent condition. The frame and glass are in good condition, with some nicks to the frame.
